Workforce: 5 steps toward a thoughtful start

House cleaning and property care in the Go Werks Pro workforce
Thoughtful property care begins with clear expectations and support.

1. Explore a role that matches your experience

Start with the open opportunities and read the duties, work location and stated requirements. Consider the schedule you can reliably support and the tasks you want to understand better. A workforce inquiry expresses interest; it does not guarantee an opening, an interview or employment. If a posting is unclear, bring your questions to Candidate Care before making plans around it.

2. Prepare in your own words

Invited applicants use Candidate Readiness to describe their experience, communication and approach to realistic service situations. Keep your contact details accurate and answer thoughtfully. You can consult Candidate Readiness Help for technical guidance, saved-work questions and access support. The team can clarify instructions; your answers should reflect your own judgment.

3. Discuss the work and wait for human review

The Candidate Journey explains the progression from interest through review. Interviews give both you and the team time to discuss responsibilities, availability and expectations. A completed form or quiz does not make the hiring decision. Any required verification, formal offer and acceptance remain separate recorded steps. Your private Candidate Center shows the next available action.

4. Begin with paid onboarding

After hiring requirements and offer acceptance, paid onboarding comes first. The team confirms payroll and timekeeping instructions, orientation, expectations, support contacts, and uniform or kit arrangements as available. Sensitive employment documents belong in the approved secure provider process. Do not send identification or banking records in ordinary email or place them in readiness answers.

5. Complete assigned paid learning and supported practice

Assigned paid University learning follows onboarding. Later practical training or supervised on-the-job learning develops the basics with a trainer and feedback. Record all actual time spent on assigned work, including additional time beyond a planning estimate. Ask your supervisor how to submit or correct time records. Completion evidence is reviewed before independent assignments are authorized.

Workforce questions, answered

Is an independent business partner the same as an employee?

No. A separate business opportunity has its own terms and onboarding. An employment application does not automatically become a business agreement. Review the independent service partner information if that is the path you are exploring, and confirm the appropriate route with the team.

Where can I get personal assistance?

Email [email protected] for workforce access, application or next-step questions. Describe the page and issue without sharing a private access code. You can also consult Department of Labor worker resources for general workplace information. Individual hiring questions remain with Candidate Care.
