GO WERKS PRO · WERKS CREW · WHO
Handyman services. Your expertise, your business.
Independent repair businesses can introduce their capabilities for clearly bounded property tasks. Review the requested result, site conditions and your business authority before agreeing to a work order.

Go Werks Pro may offer independent repair businesses clearly bounded residential and light-commercial tasks such as hardware replacement, minor carpentry, shelving, assembly, patching, door adjustments, fixture mounting, or routine property punch-list work.
The partner evaluates scope, access, materials, site conditions, and whether the task falls within its lawful authority. It may accept, decline, or request a revised work order. Accepted work is performed using the partner’s own judgment, tools, personnel, and methods while meeting agreed property-protection, communication, and completion standards.
“Handyman” is not permission to cross trade or permit boundaries. The partner must determine whether Colorado law, Douglas County, the Town of Parker, another municipality, a fire district, an HOA, or the property type requires a contractor registration, trade license, permit, inspection, or licensed specialist. The partner must decline or subcontract only as expressly permitted by agreement and law when credentials are insufficient.
No employee benefits, guaranteed schedule, work volume, or earnings are offered. Pricing is mutually agreed for each work order. Partners remain non-exclusive independent businesses and ordinarily provide all labor, supervision, tools, vehicles, insurance, and business expenses.
Describe the repairs and assembly tasks your business actually performs, its relevant experience and the locations it can reliably serve. List exclusions so the review conversation begins with realistic boundaries. Share your business contact details and capabilities in the initial application, keeping customer addresses and private project records out of the general message.
Review how the partner pathway works, the customer-care standards and partner resources. Share your actual service area and relevant experience through the custom application form. An introduction starts a review; it does not accept a job or guarantee assignments.
WERKS CREW identifies WHO brings the skill. WERKS EXCHANGE explains WORK and opportunity review. Independent businesses retain their own names, logos, appropriate workwear and choice of work. Exchange samples are illustrative and do not confirm an available job or price.
For broader company planning, see the U.S. Small Business Administration business-management guide. Confirm scope-specific requirements through the designated review process before committing your company.
No. The existing readiness guidance explains that trade and permit boundaries still apply. Business qualification does not replace the credentials required for a specific scope.
Yes. Review site conditions, materials and the proposed result before acceptance. Request clarification or a revised work order when the described task is incomplete or outside your capability.
No. This pathway is for independent repair businesses that retain their identity, tools, business management and choice of work. Employment applications use the separate careers process.
