GO WERKS PRO · WERKS CREW · WHO
Partner FAQ. Clear answers before you commit.
This FAQ explains the independent business pathway, optional work orders and customer-facing expectations. WERKS CREW identifies WHO brings the skill; WERKS EXCHANGE explains WORK and opportunity review.

No. A Service Partner is an independent business in a commercial relationship with Go Werks Pro. Partners do not receive employee wages, benefits, paid time off, or a guaranteed schedule through this pathway.
No. A partner may accept or decline each offered work order. An opportunity becomes binding only when the parties mutually agree to its scope, price, and other applicable terms.
No. Partners may market their businesses, serve their own customers, and work with other companies or platforms, subject to lawful confidentiality and customer non-solicitation terms in the signed agreement.
No. Customer demand, service fit, geography, quality history, and partner availability vary. Go Werks Pro does not promise work volume, hours, revenue, profit, earnings, or a protected territory.
The partner ordinarily supplies its own tools, equipment, vehicles, labor, supervision, safety gear, and operating supplies. A specific work order may allocate a customer-supplied material or other item differently, but that exception must be written.
Pricing is mutually agreed for each work order before acceptance. The proposed price may consider scope, property conditions, location, access, materials, credentials, and documentation requirements. It is not an hourly wage or earnings guarantee.
The partner selects its lawful professional methods and manages its personnel. Go Werks Pro may specify the requested outcome and customer, safety, property-protection, communication, access, and documentation standards for accepted work.
Requirements vary by service and risk. General liability is commonly required; commercial auto, workers’ compensation, professional, pollution, cyber, inland marine, or other coverage may apply. Exact limits and endorsements belong in the partner agreement or qualification notice.
Partners must maintain every license, registration, certification, permit, and inspection required for the offered scope and jurisdiction. Approval as a partner never substitutes for a trade license. Do not accept work outside your lawful authority.
Only if the partner agreement and work order permit it. The partner remains responsible for lawful classification, payroll, insurance, supervision, qualifications, screening, conduct, and work quality of its personnel.
Independent businesses use the Service Partner application. Do not use /applicant/, which belongs to the separate employee candidate pathway.
Keep a short list of unanswered questions as you read. Include your specialty, actual service area and any limitation that affects the work your business can perform. Discuss those points during the business-review process. If a later proposal differs from your understanding, request clarification before acceptance and keep the confirmed scope with your own business records.
Review how it works, the customer-care standards and the partner resources. List the services your business is qualified to perform and the areas it can reliably reach. Independent businesses retain their own names, logos and appropriate workwear; participation does not replace their business identities.
For broader business planning, consult the U.S. Small Business Administration business-management guide. This FAQ is an introduction to the existing partner materials. Confirm business-specific documentation, proposed scope and terms through the designated review process before committing to work.
Start with the FAQ answers that affect your business decision: whether the proposed category fits your capabilities, what information is still missing and which terms need written agreement. Make a short list of questions rather than assuming a general answer confirms a specific job. Name the requested outcome, your actual coverage area and any service exclusions when you introduce your company.
Keep a copy of the proposed scope and the answers you receive. Compare them with your own staffing, equipment and availability before accepting. This FAQ is an orientation guide; the qualification notice, accepted agreement and work order establish the requirements for a particular opportunity.
