Facilities services. Your expertise, your business.
Independent property-operations businesses can introduce their capabilities for defined site-service scopes. Review coverage, response expectations and documentation before deciding whether a proposed work order fits your business.

Facilities Service Partners are independent businesses that can coordinate or perform defined property-operations work across one or more customer sites. Opportunities may include inspections, preventive-maintenance rounds, minor corrective work, vendor access, asset observations, turnover support, exterior checks, or work-order administration.
Unlike an employee facilities position, this pathway is organized around discrete commercial work orders or service scopes. The partner evaluates each opportunity, may decline it, and determines how to staff and manage accepted work. Multi-site coverage, response expectations, documentation, and pricing must be agreed in writing.
Facilities coordination does not authorize electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, fire-alarm, elevator, backflow, locksmith, environmental, or structural work. The partner must use correctly licensed personnel, obtain permits and inspections when responsible, and escalate life-safety or utility emergencies through the agreed protocol. Emergency availability must be specifically contracted; it is not implied by network membership.
Partners remain independent, non-exclusive businesses responsible for their teams, systems, tools, vehicles, licenses, insurance, and taxes. Go Werks Pro does not guarantee sites, call volume, term, revenue, or earnings. Pricing is mutually agreed for each work order or written service schedule.
Describe your company operations experience, actual geographic coverage and the site activities it can support. Distinguish routine observations, access coordination and administration from specialist work. Explain how your business organizes work orders and customer communications without sending private site access information in the initial inquiry.
Review how the partner pathway works, the customer-care standards and partner resources. Share your actual service area and relevant experience through the custom application form. An introduction starts a review; it does not accept a job or guarantee assignments.
WERKS CREW identifies WHO brings the skill. WERKS EXCHANGE explains WORK and opportunity review. Independent businesses retain their own names, logos, appropriate workwear and choice of work. Exchange samples are illustrative and do not confirm an available job or price.
For broader company planning, see the U.S. Small Business Administration business-management guide. Confirm scope-specific requirements through the designated review process before committing your company.
No. Emergency availability must be specifically contracted. Network participation alone does not establish a response commitment or round-the-clock coverage.
No. The existing readiness guidance preserves trade and credential boundaries. A business must not treat coordination approval as permission to perform regulated work.
No. Each proposed scope or written service schedule must be reviewed separately. Participation does not guarantee sites, call volume, contract term, revenue or earnings.
