GO WERKS PRO · WERKS CREW · WHO
Apply with your business. Keep your identity.
This page explains how to introduce your property-service business to Go Werks Pro. Read the preparation guide, then use the partner-interest form below. WERKS CREW identifies the independent businesses; WERKS EXCHANGE explains the work-opportunity pathway.

Use this application only if you are applying as an independent business or self-directed service provider. It is not an application for employment, wages, employee benefits, or a guaranteed schedule. Employee candidates should use the separate careers process.
Submitting the form does not create a contract, approve a business, reserve a territory, or guarantee work. If there is a potential fit, Go Werks Pro may request documentation, discuss service categories and markets, and present a partner agreement for separate review.
Before submitting, the applicant should affirm that the information is accurate; it is seeking an independent commercial relationship; it understands there is no guaranteed work, revenue, profit, or exclusive territory; and it will not accept regulated work outside its credentials. The applicant should also acknowledge that any future work requires a signed partner agreement plus a mutually accepted work order.
1. Go Werks Pro reviews the business profile and current market needs.
2. The applicant may be invited to a capability conversation or asked for documents.
3. Insurance, registrations, licenses, references, and identity of responsible business principals may be verified.
4. If approved, the parties review and sign the independent Service Partner agreement.
5. Eligible opportunities may then be offered one work order at a time. The partner remains free to decline.
Submit Service Partner Interest
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, or full tax documents through an unsecured contact field. Secure onboarding instructions are provided only after initial review.
Before you apply, review how the partner pathway works and the customer-care standards. Describe the services your business can deliver today and the locations it can reliably reach. The Parker and Douglas County guide offers local context; it does not promise current demand or a reserved territory.
For general business planning, the U.S. Small Business Administration business-management guide provides additional resources. Questions about a proposed scope or agreement should be resolved before your business commits to it.
Established independent property-service businesses and self-directed professionals can introduce their company here. This interest form is separate from the employee careers process.
Share your business name, specialty, actual service area and relevant experience. The initial message does not need tax documents, banking information or government identification numbers.
Yes. This pathway preserves your independent business identity and freedom to work for other customers. You retain your own appropriate professional workwear and business management.
No. An interest request does not accept a job or create a partner agreement. Any later agreement and individual work order require separate review.
