Independent service partners. Your craft. Your business. Your identity.

What is WERKS CREW?

WERKS CREW is the people identity for Go Werks Pro’s independent service partners: established property-service businesses and qualified professionals who retain their own business identities. WERKS EXCHANGE is the WORK side of the ecosystem, where the opportunity-review concept is explained. CREW identifies who brings the skill; EXCHANGE explains the work pathway.

Build your business while serving Go Werks Pro customers

Go Werks Pro works with qualified independent service businesses that want access to clearly scoped property-service opportunities without giving up control of their own companies. Service Partners remain independent: they decide whether to accept each offered work order, control how accepted work is performed, and may continue serving their own customers and other platforms.

This is not an employment program. Go Werks Pro does not promise a minimum number of assignments, a protected territory, earnings, or employee benefits. A proposed scope, location, timing window, and price are presented for each work order. The partner can accept, decline, or request clarification before an agreement is formed.

Who this pathway is for

The network is designed for established businesses and properly organized independent professionals in carpet and upholstery care, laundry services, handyman work, appliance repair, landscaping, home-improvement trades, commercial cleaning, and facilities support. Strong candidates already understand their craft, carry appropriate insurance, maintain required registrations and licenses, and communicate professionally with customers.

Partners provide their own business management, labor, supervision, methods, tools, equipment, vehicles, supplies, insurance, tax reporting, and trade credentials unless a signed work order expressly says otherwise. Regulated work may be offered only when the partner and assigned personnel hold every license, registration, permit, or certification required for that location and scope.

What Go Werks Pro coordinates

Go Werks Pro may identify customer needs, package a work-order opportunity, confirm customer-facing expectations, facilitate scheduling information, and document completion. Our standards focus on the customer experience, property protection, communication, safety, documentation, and agreed result. They do not turn a partner into an employee or prescribe the partner’s internal staffing and day-to-day production methods.

A practical, non-exclusive relationship

Start with How It Works, review the Customer Care Standards, explore Parker / Douglas County, or submit a separate Service Partner application.

Partner applications are separate from employment applications. People seeking a Go Werks Pro employee role should use the careers pathway; independent businesses should use only the Service Partner application.

Choose your Service Partner specialty

Each specialty has its own qualification, documentation, equipment, and customer-care expectations. Review the page that matches your established business before submitting interest.

Prepare before applying

Review the partner resources and independent Service Partner FAQ. These pages explain business-readiness expectations, optional opportunity review, insurance and credential verification, work-order documentation, invoicing, and the separation between independent partnerships and employee careers.

3 steps for service partners

  1. Prepare your business profile. Identify your specialties, service area, relevant credentials and business contact information. Review the existing specialty pages before applying.
  2. Submit the independent-business application. Describe the work your company is equipped to perform. Submission is an expression of interest; it does not guarantee acceptance or assignments.
  3. Review each proposed scope. Confirm location, timing, price and responsibilities before accepting. Ask for clarification when the requested result or site conditions are unclear.

Independent service partners keep their own business names, logos and appropriate professional workwear. Participation does not require presenting your business as a Go Werks Pro employee team. Your company remains responsible for its own customer relationships and business decisions.

For general business planning, consult the U.S. Small Business Administration’s guide to managing your business. These resources supplement the partner materials; they do not determine your eligibility or replace advice specific to your business.

Service partners: common questions

Are WERKS CREW service partners employees?

This pathway is for independent businesses. Partners retain control of their companies and decide whether to accept individual proposed work orders. The existing partner materials explain responsibilities and expectations.

Can I keep my business name, logo and workwear?

Yes. Independent service partners retain their business identities and appropriate professional workwear. WERKS CREW identifies participation in the ecosystem; it does not replace your business identity.

Does applying guarantee work or earnings?

No. An application does not guarantee acceptance, assignments, a territory or earnings. Review the scope and agreed price of each proposed work order before accepting.

What areas and specialties should I list?

List the locations your business can actually serve and the specialties it is qualified to perform. The existing Parker and Douglas County page provides local context; opportunity availability must be confirmed for each location and scope.

How are CREW and EXCHANGE different?

WERKS CREW identifies WHO: independent professionals and businesses. WERKS EXCHANGE identifies WORK: the opportunity-review pathway. Both sit within the Go Werks Pro ecosystem.
