Home Improvement & Skilled Trades Property Care Pro – North County Coastal San Diego

Pay and employment terms

• Starting pay: $26–$42 per hour.
• Classification: California W-2, non-exempt employee.
• Expected schedule: 30–40 hours per week.
• Overtime, meal periods and rest periods are administered under applicable California law.

Employee benefits and work expenses

• At least 40 hours or five days of California paid sick leave annually, administered under the company plan and applicable law.
• Paid role-specific onboarding and required training.
• 401(k) eligibility subject to plan terms and eligibility rules.
• Required uniforms, PPE, tools or supplies provided or reimbursed under company policy.
• A company vehicle or reimbursement of necessary business mileage and approved work expenses under California law and company policy.

What you may do

• Complete work within the written scope and assigned specialty.
• Protect occupied homes and coordinate inspections or escalation.
• Document progress, changes, materials and completion.

Qualifications and credentials

Experience must match the assigned trade. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other licensed contracting work is performed only under the employer’s correct CSLB classification; EPA Section 608 is required for refrigerant-circuit work.

This role supports the North County Coastal San Diego hub, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Solana Beach and Del Mar. Assignments are organized around local demand, verified capability and practical route coverage; employees are not expected to serve every community every day.
