GO WERKS PRO UNIVERSITY · INTRODUCTORY COURSE
Turn Inquiries Into Bookings
Create a professional response, estimate and follow-up process without promising work you cannot deliver.
Self-paced introductory reading and practice. No enrollment, certificate or private coaching is included. Do not enter client or sensitive information in these exercises.
Lesson 1: Capture the essentials
Record the requested service, general service area, preferred timing and a contact method. Ask only what is needed to qualify the work. Confirm your actual capacity before offering a date. Keep sensitive entry codes and customer records in an appropriate restricted system.
Lesson 2: Explain the estimate
Describe the scope, exclusions, price basis, access requirements and next step. Example: Thank you for reaching out. To prepare an accurate estimate, please confirm the service, approximate size and preferred timing. We will confirm availability and scope before booking. An estimate is not a confirmed appointment.
Lesson 3: Follow up respectfully
Agree on the next contact and use the customer’s permitted channel. Separate marketing messages from service communications. Record inquiry, estimate sent, accepted and booked as different stages. Review why qualified customers decline instead of treating every inquiry as equivalent.
Put it to work
Draft a first-response script, an estimate checklist and a two-step follow-up plan using fictional customer details.
Your notes stay on this page and are not submitted or saved. Copy them to your own document to keep them.
Check your understanding
Is an accepted estimate always a confirmed appointment?
Reveal the answer
No. Confirm scheduling, access and the agreed booking requirements.
Choose your next step.
Practice independently, ask about a guided workshop or explore managed delivery. Advanced course tuition and scheduled workshops are not yet open for enrollment. An inquiry does not reserve a place or purchase a service.
