GO WERKS PRO UNIVERSITY · INTRODUCTORY COURSE
The Concierge Service Standard
Translate premium service expectations into observable habits anyone can learn.
Self-paced introductory reading and practice. No enrollment, certificate or private coaching is included. Do not enter client or sensitive information in these exercises.
Lesson 1: Prepare to arrive
Choose clean, safe, task-appropriate attire and follow the agreed site requirements. Confirm arrival instructions, carry the required supplies and communicate delays early. Professionalism is observable conduct, not a person’s background, accent, appearance or income.
Lesson 2: Practice discretion and clarity
Protect privacy. Never photograph, share or discuss a client’s home or circumstances without appropriate permission. Ask before moving delicate items or working beyond scope. Use calm, concise language and confirm the client’s preferences rather than assuming all customers want the same experience.
Lesson 3: Close the loop
Inspect your work against the checklist. Explain any limitation or issue factually, record it through the agreed channel and confirm the next step. Premium service requires consistency and sound judgment, not flattery or promises of perfection. Different customer segments can support excellent businesses.
Put it to work
Build an arrival-to-departure checklist and practice a calm response to an out-of-scope request.
Your notes stay on this page and are not submitted or saved. Copy them to your own document to keep them.
Check your understanding
Does premium service require an affluent personal background?
Reveal the answer
No. It requires learnable, consistent professional conduct and service skills.
Choose your next step.
Practice independently, ask about a guided workshop or explore managed delivery. Advanced course tuition and scheduled workshops are not yet open for enrollment. An inquiry does not reserve a place or purchase a service.
