GO WERKS PRO UNIVERSITY · INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Keep Clients Coming Back

Build consistent onboarding, feedback and service recovery that earns repeat business.

Self-paced introductory reading and practice. No enrollment, certificate or private coaching is included. Do not enter client or sensitive information in these exercises.

Lesson 1: Set expectations before arrival

Confirm the agreed scope, timing window, access, pets or site considerations, payment terms and the contact for changes. Ask the customer what a successful visit looks like. Make commitments that match your capacity.

Lesson 2: Recover professionally

When a concern arrives, acknowledge it, clarify facts and agree on a next step. Example: Thank you for telling us. I would like to understand what was missed and review the agreed scope. I will confirm the next step by our agreed time. Do not argue, assign blame or promise compensation before understanding the issue.

Lesson 3: Create a repeatable relationship

Use a completion checklist and request honest feedback consistently. Offer a recurring service only when it fits the customer’s need. Do not buy positive reviews or request reviews only from happy customers. Track repeat customers, complaints resolved and cancellations with their reasons.

Put it to work

Create a five-item onboarding checklist and a service-recovery response with a clear owner and follow-up time.

Your notes stay on this page and are not submitted or saved. Copy them to your own document to keep them.

Check your understanding

Should you request reviews only from customers who report being happy?

Reveal the answer

No. Ask for honest feedback consistently without filtering for positive reviews.

Choose your next step.

Practice independently, ask about a guided workshop or explore managed delivery. Advanced course tuition and scheduled workshops are not yet open for enrollment. An inquiry does not reserve a place or purchase a service.
