GO WERKS PRO UNIVERSITY · INTRODUCTORY COURSE
AI for the Independent Operator
Create a small, supervised AI workflow that saves administrative effort without surrendering judgment.
Self-paced introductory reading and practice. No enrollment, certificate or private coaching is included. Do not enter client or sensitive information in these exercises.
Lesson 1: Choose one repeatable task
Start with a draft estimate checklist, an inquiry summary or a service reminder draft. Define the input, desired output and what counts as a mistake. Avoid beginning with payments, unsupervised promises or decisions affecting customer access.
Lesson 2: Give useful context safely
Use fictional or minimized data while learning. Example prompt: Draft a courteous estimate follow-up using this approved scope and tone. Do not invent prices, availability or guarantees. Mark missing details for review. Do not paste access codes, financial identifiers or unnecessary personal information into an unapproved tool.
Lesson 3: Keep a human checkpoint
Review facts, dates, prices, tone and permissions before sending. Test normal cases, missing information and a customer complaint. Define how the system escalates to a person and how you stop it if it fails. Measure time saved after review effort and tool costs, not just generation speed.
Put it to work
Write one reusable prompt, three test cases and a human approval checklist. Run the exercise without real customer data.
Your notes stay on this page and are not submitted or saved. Copy them to your own document to keep them.
Check your understanding
Should an AI draft invent a price when the scope is missing?
Reveal the answer
No. It should flag the missing scope and request human review.
Choose your next step.
Practice independently, ask about a guided workshop or explore managed delivery. Advanced course tuition and scheduled workshops are not yet open for enrollment. An inquiry does not reserve a place or purchase a service.
