CREW Discovery / Independent service businesses

Your talent.
Your business.
More possibility.

Bring your ambition. Let’s identify what your business needs to grow—and build a plan you can put to work.

Whether you are established, working solo, ready to scale or building again, we begin by understanding your business—and what a productive partnership would require from both of us.

Your business. Your brand. Your future.

An elegantly cared-for residence with ivory furnishings, natural stone and forest viewsA higher standard of work. A fuller way to live.

Exploring CREW after a job conversation? This is a separate, optional conversation about support for your independent business. It is not an employment offer or a promise of paid assignments. Choosing whether to purchase business services is separate from employment consideration.

To support your private journey, we record private-link requests, authenticated page visits and submission timestamps. These help us coordinate follow-up; they do not prove that you read the material. We do not use email tracking pixels. See our privacy policy.

Protected from the start.Mutual NDA before business Discovery.
Personally considered.Personally reviewed. Focused on your business.
Clear before you commit.Defined responsibilities, scope and fees.

An honest conversation about growth

“Can you give me
25+ clients right now?”

We understand the urgency. We cannot promise an immediate client list—or a guaranteed number of clients.

What we can offer is a paid, clearly scoped partnership to help you build the business that can attract, serve and retain them. That takes strategy, dedicated work on your account, time and consistent action from both of us.

What your investment—and your commitment—make possible

Our work.

Your agreed package may include positioning, marketing, follow-up systems, coaching and progress reviews. Your written scope identifies the work, delivery schedule and support included. Your fees pay for that professional work and support.

Your part.

Make time for agreed actions and meetings, provide accurate information, respond promptly to inquiries, prepare estimates, keep your commitments and deliver the service your clients expect.

Our shared measure.

Set realistic goals and review inquiries, bookings, retention, capacity and profitability together. A lead is an inquiry—not a booked, paying or recurring client. EXCHANGE opportunities depend on fit and availability.

Following the system supports a disciplined approach; it does not guarantee clients, income or a completion date for your growth goal. Demand, territory, pricing, budget, competition and service delivery all affect results.

Paid work begins after we agree the scope, responsibilities and account setup fee or down payment, plus recurring fees. Pay as you go, with no long-term service contract; written service terms explain payment and cancellation. You see those terms before deciding. Discovery and the NDA do not enroll you in paid services.

If your immediate need is guaranteed income, we cannot promise that. If the investment or time commitment is not workable today, you can pause and return when you are ready.

First / Mutual confidentiality

Let’s begin with mutual confidentiality.

Review and sign our mutual NDA. Once Go Werks Pro countersigns, we begin a short, protected conversation about your business—then choose the deeper questions that matter to your next step.

Signing the NDA does not purchase a service, authorize screening or commit you to unknown fees. Share sensitive business information only after both parties have signed.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
If you operate as a sole proprietor, enter your legal name and any DBA.

CREW Discovery · Mutual Confidentiality Agreement

Agreement version: CREW-NDA-2026-09-v2

This agreement is between Go Werks Pro, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“GWP”), and the legal business or individual identified by the candidate below (“Candidate”). Each may disclose information to the other. It becomes effective on the date of the last signature.

1. Purpose

The parties may exchange information to evaluate the Candidate’s business, conduct CREW Discovery and related strategy meetings, and consider a potential business relationship, proposal or implementation plan.

2. Information covered

Confidential Information means nonpublic information disclosed for this purpose that is identified as confidential or reasonably should be understood to be confidential given its nature and circumstances. It includes business plans, pricing, financial summaries, customer information, operating methods, processes, technology, marketing strategies, proprietary GWP systems and materials, and notes or analyses derived from that information. It applies to written, electronic, visual and oral disclosures, including subsequent Discovery meetings.

3. Mutual protection

Each receiving party will use Confidential Information only for the stated purpose, protect it with reasonable care and at least the care used for its own similar information, and share it only with personnel or professional advisers who need to know and are subject to confidentiality obligations. The receiving party remains responsible for its representatives’ compliance. Neither party may publicly identify the other as a client or partner, publish a case study, or use the other’s brand or photographs without separate written permission.

4. Exclusions and permitted disclosures

Protection does not cover information the recipient can demonstrate was already lawfully known without restriction, becomes public without a breach, is independently developed without using the disclosed information, or is lawfully received from another source without a duty of confidentiality. A party may disclose information when legally required, limited to what is required, and will give reasonable advance notice when legally permitted so the other party can seek protection. Nothing restricts lawful reporting to authorities, cooperation with investigations or protected disclosures.

5. Protected trade-secret reporting

Under federal law, an individual may disclose a trade secret confidentially to a government official or attorney solely to report or investigate a suspected legal violation, or in a court filing made under seal, without liability under federal or state trade-secret law. In an anti-retaliation lawsuit, an individual may disclose it to their attorney and use it in court if filings are under seal and further disclosure occurs only by court order.

6. Ownership and business independence

Information remains the disclosing party’s property. This agreement grants no intellectual-property license, exclusivity, noncompete restriction, purchase obligation, employment relationship, partnership, or promise of revenue, jobs or other results. Each party remains responsible for its own decisions. Any services, fees or project obligations require a separate agreement.

7. Duration, return and retention

This agreement covers disclosures made during the two years after its effective date. Confidentiality and use restrictions last three years after each disclosure; trade secrets remain protected for as long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law. On written request, the recipient will reasonably return or delete Confidential Information, except legally required records, an archival agreement/compliance copy and routine backups not readily separable. Retained information remains protected and may not be used for another purpose.

8. Security and remedies

Each party will promptly notify the other of a known unauthorized use or disclosure and reasonably cooperate to limit its effects. A party may seek available legal or equitable remedies for a breach, subject to the court’s requirements; this agreement does not create an automatic entitlement to an injunction.

9. Colorado law and administration

Colorado law governs, without its conflict-of-laws rules, subject to controlling federal law. The parties consent to appropriate state or federal courts in Colorado. Changes must be agreed in writing by both parties. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Electronic signatures and counterparts may be used. This is the complete agreement concerning confidentiality for this Discovery purpose.

GWP contact for this agreement, record copies or questions: [email protected]. Candidate notices may be sent to the business email entered below.

Electronic records and signature consent(Required)
Use a current browser and save or print a copy. You may request a paper copy or withdraw consent for future electronic records by contacting [email protected], without a fee. Withdrawal does not undo an agreement already signed. We will coordinate a paper alternative if needed.
Typing your name is your electronic signature. Only sign for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
Agreement and authority(Required)

Your signing date and time are recorded when you submit. The agreement becomes effective when the last party signs. Go Werks Pro will countersign before your private business assessment opens. A downloadable executed copy will then be available in your private journey.

Your Discovery journey

Trust first.
Then the right conversation.

01 / Protect & understand

Review and sign the mutual NDA. After GWP countersigns, complete a short fit conversation about your goals, strengths, support needs and practical commitments.

02 / Review & discover

Go Werks Pro reviews your goals and support needs personally. If there is a potential fit, we invite you to explore your business in more detail. You can pause, ask for clarification or decide not to proceed.

03 / Plan & decide

After submission, please allow our team to review your full Discovery. We will contact you with the next step. If invited, your private journey will open a calendar where you can suggest dates for brunch, dinner or an in-office strategy meeting. We will confirm the time and location before you make plans. If we recommend working together, you receive a written proposal to consider before starting paid services.

Any Checkr screening is a separate, explained and authorized step when warranted by the proposed relationship. Completing Discovery does not order a report.

What having a team behind you means

A place to bring business questions, work through decisions and review progress within your selected service. Support can make the work feel less isolating and help you focus on a manageable next step.

You remain in the driver’s seat: responsible for your decisions, client commitments and follow-through. Your proposal confirms the services and available courses included, who delivers them, meeting frequency, contact arrangements and fees. We work toward measurable progress; results and partner assignments are not guaranteed.

Professional support. Clear expectations.

“Will I have constant access
to Rhonda or another principal?”

You will have a team to turn to. Business support by text, email or phone and scheduled check-ins will follow your selected program’s scope and service hours. Access is thoughtful and personal, with reasonable boundaries—not unlimited or 24/7.

Your designated account contact gets to know your business, helps you work through questions and keeps agreed next steps moving. Your program sets clear ways to reach the team between scheduled conversations.

Understand membership, advisory access and your investment

Joining the platform.

Where a no-cost membership option is offered, it includes only the benefits stated for that option. Joining does not include private coaching, account implementation or ongoing access to Rhonda or another principal. You remain responsible for investing time, effort and resources in your business.

Your account team.

Your paid proposal names your Business Development Account Executive or designated account contact, included check-ins, text, email and phone arrangements, service hours and response targets. Access to a specific principal is included only when expressly stated. Extra sessions or work require availability, an agreed fee and your approval before charges.

Making support count.

Bring prepared questions, attend agreed check-ins and act on the next steps. Reach out through your agreed text, email or phone channel when a business question arises. We balance scheduled meetings and client commitments, so an immediate reply is not always possible. Evening, weekend and holiday support applies only where agreed.

Your journey. Your progress. One place.

Explore the WERKS OS PRO dashboard preview for a view of services, customer activity and business priorities. Your proposal confirms the reporting, tools and connections included with your account.

Our role is to coordinate and deliver the business support you select, making it easier to stay informed without managing every detail yourself. Your written scope identifies what we manage for you, the approvals or information we need and the responsibilities you retain for your business and clients.

Business grows through connection, too.

CREW gatherings offer time to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate progress. Look for invitations to brunches, high teas, dinners and recreational events as they become available.

Each event invitation will confirm the date, location, availability, RSVP details and any fee or package inclusion. Social gatherings are optional; scheduled business check-ins follow your agreed plan. Event attendance does not replace a private advisory session or include unlimited access to a principal.

“Phone a Pro” means a professional business sounding board within your package—not an on-call personal or emergency service. We will explain how to raise an urgent business concern and who covers your account when your usual contact is unavailable. Support beyond the agreed scope must be arranged separately.

CREW, GROW and EXCHANGE offer different ways to pursue visibility, inquiries, suitable client opportunities and business development. Participation does not guarantee assignments, clients or earnings. A productive relationship combines our agreed delivery with your preparation, professional service, follow-through and payment for the services you choose.

Before you pay, you will know what support is included, what costs extra and how to change or cancel your service. If we miss an agreed commitment, you can raise it through the stated contact and escalation process.

How does $48,400 in collected revenue add up?

July 1–August 31, 2026: 160 recurring visits × $175 + 40 deep cleans × $310 + 20 move-out cleans × $400 = $48,400.

That is 220 paid visits with an average ticket of $220. The 154 distinct paying clients averaged $314.29 each across the two months. July collected $22,180; August collected $26,220. Revenue is not profit—explore the separate sample cost model.

The Service Standards Ladder

The promise you make.
The standard you deliver.

A strong business can serve everyday households, commercial clients or luxury residences. Choose work you can deliver well and price sustainably. More personalized service brings additional responsibilities; it does not replace the fundamentals.

More personalization & coordination ↑

Every client deserves respect, honesty and competent service.

Premium positioning must be backed by practice.

A polished brand cannot substitute for dependable work. Concierge service may involve private-home protocols, delicate finishes, detailed preferences and coordination with household staff. Ask, confirm and document; never assume permission or expertise.

Professional presentation means clean, task-appropriate attire, organized equipment and respectful communication. Readiness comes from skills, judgment and consistent delivery—not a wealthy background. Coaching can help you develop; paid membership does not guarantee luxury placement or EXCHANGE acceptance.

What does “professional” look like in practice?

You are not expected to guess unwritten rules. Ask for the client’s requirements, examples and clarification before the visit. You do not need an expensive wardrobe or a wealthy background to learn a professional service standard.

For a house-cleaning visit

  • Attire: Clean, intact clothing that allows safe bending and reaching; secure, closed-toe footwear with suitable grip; and any protective equipment required for the task. A simple work shirt and practical trousers can be appropriate. Confirm any uniform or identification requirement in advance.
  • Preparation: Keep supplies clean, organized and suitable for the agreed work. Secure hair, jewelry or loose items when they could interfere with the task. Ask about fragrance sensitivities and site-specific requirements.
  • Arrival: Use the agreed entrance, introduce yourself, confirm the scope and ask where equipment may be placed. Follow the household’s footwear protocol safely; do not assume you should remove protective footwear.
  • Discretion: Keep personal calls for breaks. Respect closed rooms, private conversations, documents and belongings. Request permission before taking photographs. Discuss only information needed to perform the service.
  • When unsure: Pause and ask. “I want to care for this correctly. Could we confirm the approved method before I proceed?”
  • When a client is dissatisfied: “Thank you for showing me. Let me understand what you expected, then we can agree on the next step.” Listen, clarify the scope and explain realistic options without arguing or promising unauthorized work.

Requirements should be relevant to the work, explained in advance and applied consistently. Ask about practical adjustments where needed. Professionalism is demonstrated through preparation, care and conduct—not designer labels, attractiveness or an accent.

Learning the standard before being expected to deliver it

Your agreed development plan can use clear examples, demonstrations, role-play and feedback. Practice a client introduction, review a sample estimate, walk through a property-care scenario and explain how you would handle a concern.

Then demonstrate the skill and receive specific feedback: what worked, what needs practice and what meeting the standard looks like. An unfamiliar skill may need instruction. Repeatedly disregarding a clear, agreed requirement is a different issue. Your plan will identify the training included, fees and evidence needed before particular work is considered.

High standards. Shared responsibility.

Support has value.
So does your commitment.

This is a paid business relationship. Your skills matter—and so do truthful information, respectful conduct, dependable communication and follow-through. We will ask for examples, discuss gaps and agree practical expectations before either side commits.

You bring the commitment.

Reserve time for agreed meetings and actions. Prepare honestly, protect client information, honor accepted work and raise problems promptly. Be willing to practice, receive constructive feedback and act on it.

We bring accountable delivery.

Your proposal will name your GWP contact and set out the work, delivery dates, contact hours and response times. We will explain limits and obtain agreement before adding paid work.

We review the evidence.

Agree what progress looks like, review completed actions and adjust where needed. We look at the actions completed, lessons learned and changes needed to keep moving forward. No clients, earnings or business outcome is guaranteed.

Meetings, learning and the CREW standard

Your development plan may include agreed meetings, executive coaching, constructive feedback, training, field trips or relevant site visits and inspections. We may discuss Hospitality, Concierge and business courses through Go Werks Pro University.

Before you commit, you will know which activities are included, when and where they take place, how much time to reserve, any additional costs and what completion involves. Visits and inspections apply only to an agreed business purpose and scope. Ask questions or identify scheduling and access needs before agreeing.

If either of us misses a commitment

Raise the issue through the agreed contact channel. We will acknowledge a missed GWP deliverable, explain the impact and agree a corrective next step and revised date. Your service terms will explain how to raise a concern, how unresolved issues are handled and how to cancel. We ask you to communicate early and agree a practical recovery plan when your own commitment changes.

If this is not the right time

Choose “prepare and return” or withdraw through your private journey. If the time, professional requirements or initial payment are not workable, we should address that before paid work begins. Paid support begins when the agreed initial payment and practical commitments are manageable. We can discuss what needs to be in place before you return.

A preview of your Discovery Snapshot

From conversation
to a useful next step.

The fictional example below shows how a Discovery conversation can become a focused plan. Your Snapshot will reflect your own business and the information we review together.

Example: a service owner seeking more consistent bookings

Where you are: You have recurring cleaning clients and handle service delivery, estimates and follow-up yourself. Busy days leave little time to respond to new inquiries.

Where you want to go: A dependable booking routine and more time to run the business.

Three strengths: Hands-on service experience; existing client relationships; a clear improvement goal.

Three growth constraints: Inconsistent inquiry follow-up; estimates that take too long to prepare; limited owner time.

Three immediate opportunities: Create a simple response routine; prepare a reusable estimate format; reserve a weekly business review.

Questions we will explore together: Where do inquiries get delayed? Which service can you deliver profitably with your current capacity? What can you manage yourself, and where would paid support be worthwhile?

Example: the first month of an agreed follow-up project

Week 1 — Understand the starting point. Together, review how inquiries arrive and what happens before a booking. Agree on one improvement and how to measure it.

Week 2 — Prepare the tools. GWP drafts the response routine and estimate format included in this example project. You review them for accuracy and fit with your service.

Week 3 — Put them to work. You use the agreed materials with new inquiries and bring questions to your scheduled check-in.

Week 4 — Review the results. Together, review response times, booking activity and what needs adjusting. Your own proposal will specify the work, responsibilities, dates and fees.

Before you decide

Questions are welcome.

How much information should I share?

Share what helps us understand your business, the support you need and the commitments you can meet. You can request a private conversation when helpful. Leave sensitive identifiers, medical or criminal-history details and other people’s private information out of this form.

How do you verify readiness?

We may discuss relevant business registration, applicable insurance or licenses, work examples and professional references. Reference contact requires permission. We also consider observed follow-through and give you an opportunity to clarify information. Any relevant Checkr process is separate, explained and authorized after both sides intend to proceed; this form does not authorize it.

Will you ask for an emergency contact?

If needed for agreed in-person work or visits, we may request an emergency contact privately at activation. We will explain the purpose. Ask that person’s permission before sharing their details. We use those details only for the agreed emergency-contact purpose.

Does Discovery change ownership of my business?

No. You remain responsible for your independent business and your own brand. Any proposed services or EXCHANGE opportunities have their own stated scope and terms.

What if I need more support than the package includes?

We will clarify whether the request fits your scope, needs a separately priced service or falls outside GWP’s role. We will explain the options and any additional fees before you decide. You remain responsible for your business decisions and client commitments.

How do I return or ask for an update?

Use your private journey invitation and keep that link private. Save-and-return is available within the assessment. Review updates appear in your private journey; for questions, scheduling or clarification, contact Contractor Care at [email protected].
