Prepare for a conversation about thoughtful property care and service.

Who is this for?

This help guide is for applicants who have completed an initial conversation with Go Werks Pro and received an invitation to Candidate Readiness.

What is Candidate Readiness?

It is a guided pre-interview step that helps us understand the role you are interested in, your experience, availability, work style, attention to detail, service judgment and approach to teamwork.

This is not an offer of employment. Candidate Readiness does not request banking, payroll, tax, I-9 or full background-screening information.

Before you begin

There is no preferred personality

Go Werks Pro values different backgrounds, strengths, communication styles and ways of thinking. The assessment is designed to understand how you approach realistic situations—not whether you fit one personality type.

If you need help

Ask Go Werks Pro Property Concierge™ if you have a technical problem, cannot find a control or need a question explained in plain language.

The Concierge may clarify instructions, but it will not select answers, complete an assessment, score a candidate or promise an interview or employment outcome.

If the Concierge cannot resolve your concern—or the question requires privacy, accessibility or human judgment—it will escalate your request to a Go Werks Pro team member.

Technical troubleshooting

What happens after submission?

Your responses are stored in the secure Go Werks Pro candidate system for team review. Selected candidates will be contacted about the next stage. Submission does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.

Candidate Readiness Help: 5 practical answers

1. Can I review work I already submitted?

Yes. Open your private Candidate Center using the invitation from Candidate Care. A saved receipt shows the readiness responses linked to your record. Check that receipt before starting another submission. A receipt confirms saved work; staff still review the responses and any remaining requirements. If a response appears missing, ask Candidate Care to check the original record before repeating the whole experience.

2. What if my invitation has expired?

Contact Candidate Care using the email address that received your invitation. Explain that you need access restored, and mention the step you were trying to open. Do not share your private code in a public message, with another applicant or in a screenshot. The team can check your existing invitation and confirm the correct next step without creating another application.

3. Can I save an unfinished response?

The five-step readiness form offers a Save my progress in this tab control. Use it on your own device and keep that tab open. Closing the tab clears its draft. Use Back to review earlier answers, then wait for the saved confirmation after sending. If you see an error, keep the same tab and retry there so the system can recognize the original submission.

After the hiring requirements and offer acceptance, paid onboarding comes first. It covers payroll and timekeeping, orientation and arranging your uniform and kit as available. Assigned paid University learning follows onboarding, with later paid practical training or supervised OJT. Record all actual time. Estimates describe planning durations; they do not create an unpaid limit.

5. Where should I send sensitive documents?

Use only the approved secure employment or screening provider identified by Candidate Care. Do not email identification, tax, banking or background-screening documents, and do not place them in readiness answers. For Candidate Readiness Help with accessibility, unclear instructions or a technical issue, email [email protected]. Ask for human assistance whenever an issue needs individual review.
